Digital Proof

We create artwork proof showing your logo on the product (1-2 weeks)

Sample

Physical sample made and shipped for your approval (2-3 weeks)

Production

Bulk production after sample sign-off (4-6 weeks)

Shipping

QC inspection then sea freight to your port (25-35 days)

Total timeline: 9–13 weeks from artwork approval to your warehouse door. Sample stage is the critical step — we recommend not approving bulk production until you are satisfied with the physical sample.

File Requirements

To start your OEM order, we need the following:

Logo file: AI (Adobe Illustrator) preferred. High-resolution PDF (300 DPI minimum) accepted. PNG/JPG requires vector recreation — adds 3-5 days and a small fee.
Brand name: Exact text as you want it to appear on the hang tag. Confirm spelling and layout.
Target product: Which product category and the quantity per design/color.
Packaging requirements: Do you need custom polybags? Header cards? Woven labels? Describe what you need.

Certifications for OEM Orders

All OEM orders can be produced with OEKO-TEX certified materials. If you need OEKO-TEX certification for your custom order:

Confirm with us before production that OEKO-TEX materials will be used
The OEKO-TEX certificate will be issued covering the specific product and materials in your order
OEKO-TEX certificates are product-specific, not general — your custom order gets its own certification
BSCI and fire retardancy certifications are also available for OEM orders
